Kasser Family Office hereby grants you a limited, revocable and nonexclusive license (the "License") to access and make limited use of the Site only for the purpose for which Kasser Family Office authorized you to access the Site (the "Specified Purpose"). Under the License, you may make, solely for the Specified Purpose, only as many paper copies of material posted on the Site as are needed to accomplish the Specified Purpose. Kasser Family Office reserves the right to block access, refuse service and terminate or change usernames and passwords at any time for any reason.

PRIVACY. Kasser Family Office and its application service provider may gather information about your visit, including which files you review and copy, length of time you spend on the Site, etc. Such information will not be disclosed to anyone outside of Kasser Family Office or its application service provider (currently Xerox Corporation) without your consent. Your information will not be used for sales or marketing purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL KASSER FAMILY OFFICE OR ANY OF ITS REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR INFORMATION ON THE SITE.

TERMINATION. Kasser Family Office may terminate the License at any time if you are in breach of these Terms of Use. The License will terminate immediately without notice from Kasser Family Office if, in Kasser Family Office's sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you are not permitted to access or use the Site, and you must destroy all materials obtained from the Site and all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of these Terms of Use or otherwise.

BREACH. You also hereby acknowledge that your breach of these Terms of Use may result in immediate and irreparable harm to Kasser Family Office, for which there will be no adequate remedy at law, and that Kasser Family Office shall be entitled to equitable relief to compel you to cease and desist all unauthorized use, evaluation and/or disclosure of information obtained through the Site. Your breach of these Terms of Use may also entitle Kasser Family Office to bring an action against you for any and all other remedies available at law or in equity.

NO WAIVER; SEVERABILITY. A waiver of any breach of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any repetition of such breach or in any manner affect any other terms of conditions of these Terms of Use. Should any provisions of these Terms of Use be found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall still be in effect.

APPLICABLE LAWS. These Terms of Use, and the rights and obligations of you and Kasser Family Office hereunder, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona. You further agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and Kasser Family Office arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Tucson, Arizona, and you hereby expressly and irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
